Download the latest Real Alternative lite player. This will install all of the real-video codecs and the DirectShow filters which will allow any program which accesses DirectShow/ActiveMovie to decode the images, such as Media Player Classic and Image Grabber. Then open Image Grabber (preferably Image Grabber II.NET), and off you go!
